Individual Sessions:

At Balans, we use tailored therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we empower clients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, leading to positive changes in behavior and emotional well-being.
Increasing self-awareness is also a key component of my psychotherapeutic sessions, along with developing coping skills that can be applied to everyday life situations.
Couples Sessions:

For couples seeking to strengthen their emotional bonds and rekindle their connections, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is available. EFT emphasizes the power of emotional awareness and its importance in our everyday relationships. My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy and respect for each individual’s unique experiences and strengths.
In our work with EFT, we will also focus on healing wounds from past relationships and addressing unresolved issues.
Extended Therapy Sessions:

Need extra time? For those who feel that 60 minutes may not be enough, Extended Time Sessions offer an additional 30 minutes beyond the regular 60-minute session. This option is ideal for anyone who wishes to explore issues more deeply or needs extra time to discuss presenting problems that may require more attention.

In our intake session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. It’s a safe space to share your story, ask questions, and begin setting goals together.

We currently offer private-pay services only, allowing for a more personalized and flexible approach to care. Working outside of insurance helps us focus on your healing and growth without the limitations of session caps, required diagnoses, or insurance restrictions.
